Return Policy and Product Guarantee

If the below takes place, we will re-deliver a new product or refund the money your money! (Charge back fee will be charged to client)

1) Products undelivered 4 weeks after payment

2) Defective or wrong products delivered.

Conditions

* Please note that we are required to ship to your Paypal Registered Shipping address, unless otherwise stated in Paypal's records. If you would like to receive your order to an address other than the shipping address in Paypal, please add it as a comment or request in Paypal, not our website.

*Return unacceptable if any of the products have been used or opened.

*You can return any purchased item(s) within 30 days. A full refund may not be possible if products near to expiration date. Refund pricing will be subject to our evaluation of returned products.

* Please note that some external damage on the package may occur due to long distance transportation.

* If a customer gives us the wrong address or contact information which results in a failed delivery, we cannot re-deliver or refund. Re-shipping is possible at the expense of the customer once the products are returned by the post office.
